Worked out today with a couple of friends and it kicked my tail. P90 is no joke and it was only 10 minutes!!!!!!!! Leslie Sansone is no joke either and it's just walking but I've decided to kick it with Leslie for awhile. Trying to make a change one day at a time.

Another year and I'm in the same predicament maybe a little worse. Trying to figure out why it is so hard to put me first. Still I'm looking forward to a year of reflection, peace and love.
